The building stands at the tip of the peninsula with open views towards the sea and the Dubai skyline. Layouts shown in the brochure feature living areas, kitchens, bedrooms, and bathrooms, while selected penthouses include a private splash pool. Interiors use neutral tones and soft lighting in a modern residential style.Amenities OfferedAmenities extend across podium, mid-level decks, and the rooftop. The podium offers lagoon-inspired pools, jacuzzis, cabanas, children’s areas, sports zones, and an outdoor cinema lawn.
