Samana Business Park 2

Samana Business Park 2 is a 15-storey office building planned for Majan, Wadi Al Safa 3, DubaiLand, Dubai. The project is being developed by Samana Holding Ltd through its subsidiary Samana Signature Real Estate Developments. The substructure contains four basement levels which are used for parking. The project occupies a plot of land that was initially intended for a different development, Sanali Flamingo Tower, which has since been cancelled. According to the Land Department, the project is valued at AED 89,591,000 (USD 24.4m).
