Sofitel Branded Residences – City View Development is an ultra-luxury residential collection under the Sofitel brand, branded and managed by Sofitel within Accor Group. Sofitel is a French luxury hospitality brand with around 60 years of heritage, known for a French-inspired lifestyle approach to living and service. Accor Group, founded in 1967, operates 5,000+ hotels worldwide across 40 luxury and lifestyle brands, including Fairmont, Raffles, Sofitel and Pullman. The project is planned as a 51-storey tower with 254 residences, oriented to City View and Burj Khalifa views.The residences are arranged across 1, 2, 3 and 5-bedroom formats, combining single-level apartments with a curated selection of duplex residences and penthouses. The concept emphasizes privacy, generous internal volume, and view-driven layouts, including corner options with Burj Khalifa outlooks. A key design theme is elevated ceiling height, creating a more open, light-filled interior feel, especially within select duplex homes.Amenities are designed as a layered lifestyle experience. The podium level brings together pools, kids’ play areas, a jogging track, Club Millésime, an outdoor cinema, a fully equipped gym, wellness and treatment rooms, and a pétanque court. A dedicated wellness floor adds calmer spaces such as a zen garden, yoga areas, an indoor screening room, and two guest studios available for short-term stays exclusively for owners’ guests. The rooftop is centered around Sky Gardens and an adults-only pool. Services follow a hotel-grade approach with 24/7 concierge support, valet parking, and Sofitel à la carte hospitality services, introduced through an elevated lobby with an 11–12 meter ceiling height.
